COLD anyway...Yesterday evening/night it was close to - 8*....more Brrrrrrr... Therefore yesterdays supper was...  I took what I had of greens and made a soup from it... Garlic...carrot...onion...parsnip...squash...jerusalemartichoke...celery...potato... parsley-root...mix with blender, add lemon juice...a sip of white wine...and some whipping cream...  With some leftover-small-pizza-things and the soup...I got the warmth again... PAINTING OVER...   My 80x80 "coffeepainting" is gone...painted it over yesterday...hmm...black becomes an odd lilac...thinking what I do with it...? I also made some different fried root-fruits (don´t know the right word) to make this meal a little bit healthy... This is my favorit autumn dessert...Apples from the garden with crumble-dough on top...already made it 3 times the last two month... OPSKRIFT (recipe in danish)...(If someone would like it in english I´ll translate it...) ca. 20 æbler vaskes...skæres i både... Lægges i et smurt ildfast fad/bradepande... drys kanel over... Smuldredej: 180 gr smør 200 gr sukker 200 gr mel Samles til en masse...der smuldres over æblerne. Sættes i ovnen på 180 grader i 45 min. - 1 time... Super nem og lækker... Serveres med kold flødeskum eller creme fraiche Here´s another apple crumble recipe...(also in danish) OUTSIDE...   Morning has broken... Comment 05 november 2007 WHITE AND YELLOW (sunday)...
